Our cattle are pasture raised and grain finished. They are 100% Minnesota born and raised from local family farms, most of which are within a 20 mile radius of Blooming Prairie, MN.

Our beef is processed at Geneva Meats in Geneva, MN. Geneva Meats is locally owned and USDA federally inspected daily.
